A timber gate in the archway under the roof stairs opens out from the courtyard into a wide landscaped garden, studded with attractive palms, shrubs and trees in well maintained gravelled beds that surround a stunning 10 x 5 metre swimming pool set in a large stylishly tiled sun bathing area.

A timber, terracotta-tile roofed gazebo shades the  poolside al fresco dining table and chairs, beside the traditional style barbecue, allowing for long lazy lunches poolside, or evening dining beside the illuminated pools sparkling waters amid the warm glow of the garden lighting.

With a poolside washroom and a tiled outdoor shower area, set amidst a climbers and numerous other flowers, and with its wheeled timber sun-loungers, Villa Nicola’s tranquil pool terrace is the perfect place to soak up the sun after too much sightseeing and excursions. If the sun gets too much – just slide into the cooling crystal clear waters of the private pool.

Want a change from the pool ? … then a just a short stroll of 350 metres bring you to where the warm, shallow waters of the Adriatic sea wash the sandy beach in the cove of Lendinuso.

Inside, Villa Nicola has been tastefully restored, containing solid wood furniture throughout and a brand new fitted kitchen fully equipped with a dish washer, integrated full height fridge-freezer, gas oven and 4 ring hob, microwave, a full range of other electrical appliances and all cooking and dining implements – in fact everything that is needed to make cooking and eating-in a pleasant and hassle free experience.

A large fully tiled bathroom contains the washing machine, hair-dryer, iron and ironing board, shower cubicle, sink, toilet, bidet and vanity unit etc.

The master bedroom contains a large, comfortable double bed, chest of drawers, lockers and ample wardrobe storage and a window looking out into the front courtyard.

The second bedroom is huge, divided by a central archway ,and contains a six foot wide SuperKing bed and twin singles, cabinet, lockers and wardrobe. If preferred the large diameter ceiling fan can be used to provide cooling air currents in preference to using air-conditioning.

The inside dining area, has a modern breakfast unit with space for comfortable seating for six,. Double French doors lead from the living area and open straight out under the gazebo and the poolside dining table, with the barbecue to the right set amongst Bird of Paradise flowers and Kumquat trees.

All beds in Villa Nicola are comfortable with new orthopaedic mattresses and plenty of good pillows. All windows have roll down mosquito/fly screens, and are shuttered to help keep the midday sun out if having an after lunch siesta.

If opting for a quiet evening spent in. Villa Nicola boasts a DVD player and a flatscreen TV with satellite reception supplying approx 200 channels in many languages (English, German, French, Dutch, Spanish, Russian and many more)

We provide a quantity of DVD’s in the Villa, but if cannot find something suitable to watch from the selection provided, then, from our library list of nearly 400 titles, pick your choice which we will drop them to you on request. We also supply books, jigsaws and games to keep you and/or your family entertained.
