Villa Suzannah, has both on and off road parking facility and entering through the covered timber gateway into the flagged courtyard there is to the right of you a sparkling 8×4 metre private pool with a chianca stone surround and sun-bathing area with solid wooden, cushioned loungers.
Around the pool area, there are landscaped beds, holding newly planted palms, kumquat fruit and indigenous flowering plants.
The pool itself has roman steps and variable colour underwater led lighting with and the whole area is tastefully illuminated with external wall mounted lighting.
Running the length of the house is a 20metre furnished leisure verandah flanked by a gravel bed holding palm, lemon, pomegranate, fig, mandarin and plum trees and leads to the spacious rear courtyard boasting an outside fully tiled bathroom and shower, laundry area.
Inside the Villa, it has been beautifully renovated throughout the property (even a wall safe is included for peace of mind) and includes air conditioning both upstairs and downstairs in the Villa, and all of the bedrooms, living and dining areas have overhead ceiling fan lights.
